黿龜（上阮袁而考聲云黿似鼈而大腹黃頭班也說文大鼈反從黽元聲黽音猛經作黿俗字也）。

Giant softshell turtle and tortoise (黿龜: the upper character [黿] has the sound [yuan] (阮袁反). The Kaosheng states: "The giant softshell turtle resembles a softshell turtle but is larger, with a yellow belly and mottled head." The Shuowen jiezi states: "A large softshell turtle; derived from the toad radical (黽) with the phonetic marker [yuan] (元); 黽 has the sound [meng] (猛)." The scripture writes it as 黿, which is a vulgar character).
