灌口（上官換反顧野王云灌猶沃也鄭注禮記云灌飲也古今正字從水雚聲經別有本作沃）。

Pour into the mouth (灌口) (The first character has the fanqie guan + huan. Gu Yewang says: “Guan (灌) is like wo (沃, to pour/irrigate).” Zheng’s commentary on the Liji says: “Guan means to drink/give to drink.” The Gujin zhengzi states: “It is formed from the ‘water’ classifier and the phonetic guan (雚).” Other editions of the sūtra have 沃).
