涌出（上容聳反劉兆注公羊傳云涌騰也說文云從水甬聲甬音同上也）。

涌出 ('surging forth'; the upper character is pronounced 容 [róng] + 聳 [sǒng] fanqie. Liu Zhao's commentary on the Gongyang zhuan says: '涌 [yǒng] means to surge/gush.' The Shuowen says: 'Composed of 水 ["water"] with 甬 as phonetic.' 甬 is pronounced the same as above).
