凸髖（徒結反抱璞子作凸凸起也蒼頡篇作𥥌不平也經文作昳非體也下音寬埤蒼髖尻也說文髀上也）。

Diékūan (凸髖, protruding hip-bones) (tú + jié [dié/tú] fanqie. The Baopuzi writes 凸; 凸 means raised and protruding. The Cangjie pian writes 𥥌; uneven. The sūtra text writes 昳, which is an incorrect form. Lower syllable is pronounced kuān. The Picang says: 'Kuān is the rump.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'The upper part of the thigh.').
