噢咿（於六反下於祇反埤蒼內悲也又痛念之聲也經文作哊郁喐三形並非正體也）。

噢咿 [Groaning and sighing]: The first [character] is fanqie 于 (yu) + 六 (liu) [MC: *ʔṳuk]; the second is fanqie 于 (yu) + 祇 (qi) [MC: *ʔiᴇ]. The Picang states: 'Internal grief; it is also the sound of sorrowful longing.' The sūtra text variants written with forms like 哊, 郁, and 喐 are all non-standard forms.
