癵跛 (crippled and lame; the first character is 劣袁反; the Shenglei states that 癵 is an illness; the Kaosheng states that it is a disease of the hands and feet; the Shuowen jiezi states that it takes the 'sickness' (疒) radical with 臠 as phonetic; the second character is 波可反; the Kaosheng states that 跛 means limping; the Shuowen jiezi states that it means walking unevenly; it takes the 'foot' (足) radical with an abbreviated 波 as phonetic).
