拓外（湯洛反考聲云拓開也從手從石經中從[厂@千]作扸耻革反非也不成字也）。

Open outward (拓外: fanqie [tāng luò] (tang-luo / tuò); the Kaosheng says tuò means to open; under 手 and 石; in the sūtra written with [厂@千] as 扸 with the fanqie [chǐ gé] (chi-ge), which is erroneous and does not form a proper character).
