僮僕（上音童鄭注禮記云僮謂未冠者之稱也下蓬木反毛詩傳僕附也禮記仕於家曰僕顧野王云馭車者說文給使者也）。

僮僕 (the first character is pronounced *tóng*. Zheng's commentary on the Liji says: '僮 refers to a youth who has not yet undergone the capping ceremony.' The second character is *p[éng] + m[ù]* fanqie. The Mao commentary on the Odes states: '僕 means attached.' The Liji says: 'One who serves in a household is called a 僕.' Gu Yewang says: 'a chariot driver.' The Shuowen says: 'a servant').
