癭瘤（於井反字林頸瘤也下力洲反說文瘤腫也謂腫結不潰散者曰瘤聲類云瘜肉也）。

Goiters and tumors 癭瘤 (the first is fanqie: 於井 [y- + -ing]; the Zilin states: 'A tumor of the neck.' The second is fanqie: 力洲 [l- + -iu]; the Shuowen jiezi states: 'A swelling.' Swellings that form hard knots without dispersing are called liu 瘤. The Shenglei states: 'Polypoid tissue').
