濺灑（上煎線反俗字也考聲云濺散水也說文正體從贊作灒灒污灑也今此經散灑香水潔淨也下沙賈反訓義與上同也）。

濺灑 (The upper character is jiān xiàn fan [jiān]; a popular character. The Kaosheng says: "Jiān means to sprinkle water." The standard form in the Shuowen is written with 贊 as 灒; 灒 means to spatter and sprinkle. Here in this sūtra it refers to scattering and sprinkling fragrant water for purification. The lower character is shā jiǎ fan [sǎ]; its gloss and meaning are the same as the above).
