痤瘻（上徂和反說文腫也形聲字下音樓豆反郭璞曰瘻㿈属也考聲久瘡也說文從疒婁聲疒音女厄反）。

Ulcerous fistulae (痤瘻: the upper character has the fanqie [dz- + -uɑ] 徂和. The Shuowen states: ‘A swelling; it is a phono-semantic character.’ The lower character has the fanqie [l- + -əu] 樓豆. Guo Pu says: ‘Lòu belongs to the category of carbuncles.’ The Kaosheng says: ‘A chronic ulcer.’ The Shuowen states: ‘It takes 疒 as its radical with 婁 as its phonetic component.’ 疒 has the fanqie [ȵ- + -ɛk] 女厄.)
