縈繞（上伊營反下饒少反毛詩傳云縈旋也說文縈收韏也從糸熒省聲繞緾也從糸堯聲）。

縈繞 (The upper character is yī yíng fan [yíng]; the lower character is ráo shǎo fan [rào]. The Mao Commentary to the Shijing says: "Yíng means to wind around." The Shuowen: "Yíng means to draw together and wind around; composed of 糸 with an abbreviated 熒 phonetic." Rào means to entangle; composed of 糸 with 堯 phonetic).
