捫摸（上音門下音莫聲類云捫亦摸也方言云摸撫也顧野王云摸𢱢也說文二字並從手門莫皆聲𢱢音桑洛反）。

Ménmó (捫摸, feeling and groping; the first character has the sound mén [門], the second has the sound mò [莫]. The Shenglei says: "Mén also means to grope." The Fangyan says: "Mó means to caress." Gu Yewang says: "Mó means to feel around [𢱢]." The Shuowen says: "Both characters take the hand radical, with mén [門] and mò [莫] as their sounds." 𢱢 is fanqie 桑 + 洛).
