醫藥（上於飢反說文治病工也從酉殹聲於計反經文或從巫作毉俗字前音義第二中已具釋）。

醫藥 [medicine] (The first character has the fanqie [於+飢] yī. The Shuowen says: an artisan who cures illness; it is composed of 'wine' with yī phonetic, which has the fanqie [於+計] yì. In the sūtra text it is sometimes written with 'shaman' as 毉, which is a vulgar character. It was already fully explained earlier in the second fascicle of the Yinyi).
