瘡痕（惻霜反韻英瘡痍也或作創亦通故作剏亦同下胡根反字書傷瘢曰痕說文痕瘡腫瘢也從疒艮聲也疒音女厄反）。

瘡痕 (For chuang (瘡), fanqie: 惻霜. The Yunying says: "Chuang means a wound or sore." It is also written as 創; in ancient times it was also written as 剏. The second character has the fanqie: 胡根. The dictionary says: "A scar left by a wound is called hen (痕)." The Shuowen says: "Hen means the scar left by an ulcer or swelling. It takes the disease radical with the phonetic gen (艮)." The disease radical has the fanqie: 女厄).
