煼之（上楚巧反方言云煼火乾也說文作鬻云[烈-列+(千/止)]也從[(((巨-匚)@一)*((巨-匚)@一))/鬲]芻聲亦作炒又作㷅𤌽也𩰲音鬲）。

煼之 (The fanqie of the upper character is chǔ + qiǎo [chǎo]. The Fangyan states: "Chǎo means to dry with fire." The Shuowen jiezi writes it as 鬻, stating: "It means to roast dry; it takes its radical from lì ('cauldron') and its sound from chū." It is also written as 炒, and also as 㷅 and 𤌽. 𩰲 has the sound lì).
