Both shoulders (兩肩; the second character has the fanqie 吉 + 煙. The Shuowen jiezi states: 'The shoulder blades.' It is formed with the 'flesh' radical [肉] and is a pictograph. The sūtra writes it with the 'door' radical [戶] as 肩, which is a popular variant).
