斒斕（上八蠻反韻英云斒斕文駮也說文從辡作辨駮文也古今正字云文瞵也或作[并*交]文皃也從文扁聲下力閑反義釋同上古今正字或從㷠作[(炎/舛)*ㄆ][(炎/舛)*ㄆ]音力辰反扁音邊沔反㷠音力燼反燼音夕胤反）。

斒斕 (The first character has the fanqie 八蠻. The *Yunying* says: "Bānlán (斒斕) means variegated patterns." The *Shuowen jiezi* writes it with 辡 as 辨, meaning mottled patterns. The *Gujin zhengzi* says: "Gleaming variegated pattern." It is also written as [并*交], meaning the appearance of patterns, deriving from 'pattern' (文) with 扁 as the phonetic. The second character has the fanqie 力閑; its semantic explanation is the same as above. The *Gujin zhengzi* also writes it from 㷠 as [(炎/舛)*ㄆ]; [(炎/舛)*ㄆ] has the fanqie 力辰. 扁 has the fanqie 邊沔. 㷠 has the fanqie 力燼; 燼 has the fanqie 夕胤).
