瘍癬（上音養說文頭瘡也從疒易聲下仙淺反說文云癬乾瘍也從疒鮮聲也）。

Ulcers and ringworm (瘍癬; the first has the sound yǎng; the Shuowen says: "A sore on the head," with 'disease' (疒) as radical and yì (易) phonetic; the second is xiān + qiǎn fanqie; the Shuowen says: "Xuǎn is dry ulceration," with 'disease' (疒) as radical and xiān (鮮) phonetic).
