Fatuous madness (憨風; the first is hū + lán fanqie; the Kaosheng says: "Foolish." The Gujin zhengzi: "With 'heart' (心) as radical and gǎn (敢) phonetic"; the original sūtra text writes 𤺍, which is mistaken).
