賑恤（上真刃反郭注尒雅賑富有也下思律反鄭注周禮賑恤憂貧也顧野王賑救乏也說文從心血聲也或作卹也）。

Relieve and succour (賑恤: the upper character has the fanqie zhēn + rèn [zhèn]; Guo's commentary on the Erya says: 'Zhèn means wealthy and having plenty'. The lower character has the fanqie sī + lǜ [xù]; Zheng's commentary on the Zhouli states: 'Zhènxù means being concerned for the poor'; Gu Yewang says: 'Zhèn means relieving the destitute; derived from 心 "heart" with 血 phonetic'; it is also written as 卹).
