劓鼻（亘器反孔注尚書云劓截鼻也廣雅截也說文作㓷[利-禾+日]也從刀鼻聲）。

劓鼻 (cutting off noses: [the upper character] has the fanqie gen + qi. Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says: "Yi (劓) means severing the nose." The Guangya says: "To cut off." The Shuowen writes it as 㓷, meaning to cut off. It is formed with the "knife" semantic classifier and the bi (鼻) phonetic component).
