乳哺（下蒲暮反許叔重注淮南子云口中嚼食與之似鳥與兒食曰晡說文從口甫聲經文從食作餔米糊也又逋布二音非此義）。

乳哺 (nursing and feeding: the lower character has the fanqie pu + mu. Xu Shuzhong's commentary on the Huainanzi says: "Chewing food in one's mouth and giving it, like a bird feeding its chicks, is called bu (晡)." The Shuowen says it is formed with the "mouth" semantic classifier and the fu (甫) phonetic component. The text of the sūtra writes it with the "food" radical as 餔, which means rice gruel; furthermore, the two pronunciations bu and bu do not carry this meaning).
