東勝身洲（在妙高山東面其形圓如滿月亦在醎海之中於四洲中此洲人身形殊勝故名身勝洲也）。

Eastern continent of Pūrvavideha (東勝身洲: located east of Mount Meru, round in shape like a full moon, also within the salty ocean. Among the four continents, the physical form of the humans on this continent is exceptionally superior, hence it is named Superior Body Continent [Videha]).
