如瞖（於計反韻略云瞖目障也考聲云目中瞖也文字典說從目殹聲殹音同上也）。
Like cataracts (如瞖: [瞖 has the fanqie] 於計反. The Yunlüe says: '瞖 means a cataract/obstruction of the eye.' The Kaosheng says: 'A cataract within the eye.' The Wenzidian shuo [says it is] composed of 目 with 殹 phonetic. 殹 has the same sound as above).
