Not perturbing (不擾: the lower character has the fanqie ér + zhǎo [rǎo]; Kong's commentary on the Shangshu states: 'Rǎo means disorder'; Shuowen jiezi says: 'Vexation; derived from 手 "hand" with 夒 phonetic'; 夒 is pronounced with the fanqie nú + gāo [náo]; the previous Sounds and Meanings had it derived from 手 and 憂, saying they are mutually related, an omission of someone who did not recognize the character).
