愆咎（古文㥶[這-言+(保-木+口)]二形籀文作𠐨今作愆同去連反說文𠐨過也亦失也咎罪也）。

愆咎 (ancient variants include 㥶 and [這-言+(保-木+口)]; the large seal script writes 𠐨; today written as 愆, pronounced with the fanqie 去連 [qiān]. The Shuowen jiezi says: "𠐨 means an error; also a mistake." 咎 means fault or transgression).
