撫恤（又作䘏同須律反尒雅恤憂也亦𢗡也謂以財物與人曰振恤也）。

撫恤 (also written as 䘏; the same; fanqie: 須 + 律 [xù]. The Erya says: 'Xù means to be sorrowful; it also means to have compassion.' It refers to giving material wealth to others, which is called 'providing relief and succour' [zhènxù]).
