誤落（上五故反考聲云誤䥘失也說文從言吳聲經從心作悞俗字）。

誤落 (the first character, fanqie: 五 + 故 [wù]. The Kaosheng states: 'Wù means mistake or blunder.' The Shuowen jiezi states that it takes the speech radical [言] with 吳 as the phonetic component. In the sutra it takes the heart radical [心] as 悞, which is a popular variant).
