振濟（脂忍反小爾雅振救也發也說文振舉也經文作賑之忍反隱賑富有也）。

振濟 (振 has the fanqie 脂忍 [zh(ī) + r(ěn)]. The Xiao Erya states: 振 means to rescue, to dispatch. The Shuowen states: 振 means to raise up. The sūtra text writes 賑 with the fanqie 之忍 [zh(ī) + r(ěn)]; 隱賑 means wealthy and abundant).
