創疣（楚莊反考聲聲瘡痍也或作瘡說文瘡傷也又刃入肉也從刃一也象形也下有求反蒼頡篇疣病也考聲皮上風結也古今正字從疒尤聲也或作肬又作𪐤有音右者非也）。

Sores and warts (創疣: [the upper character is] 楚 + 莊. The Kaosheng says: "Sores and wounds." It is also written as 瘡. The Shuowen jiezi says: "瘡 means a wound; also a blade penetrating flesh." It is formed from a blade [刃] and "one" [一], pictographic. The lower character is 有 + 求. The Cangjie pian says: "疣 means disease." The Kaosheng says: "Wind-nodules on the skin." The Gujin zhengzi says: "Formed with the 'sickness' radical 疒 and 尤 as phonetic." It is also written as 肬 and 𪐤. Reading it with the sound 右 is incorrect).
