曀障（上繄計反毛詩傳曰終風旦曀不日有曀爾雅云陰而風為曀說文從日壹聲也下章讓反考聲云障蔽也說文云障隔也從𨸏章聲）。

曀障 (cloudy gloom and obstruction: the first character is yi + ji fanqie. The Commentary to the *Mao Shi* says: "When the persistent wind blows at dawn, it is gloomy; when it is not sunny, there is gloom." The *Erya* says: "Overcast and windy weather is called yi." The *Shuowen jiezi* states: "It is composed of 'sun' (日) with 'one' (壹) as its phonetic element." The second character is zhang + rang fanqie. The *Kaosheng* says: "Zhang means to obstruct or shield." The *Shuowen jiezi* says: "Zhang means to separate or block off; it is composed of the mound radical (𨸏) with zhang (章) as its phonetic element.")
