闢重關（上脾壁反周易云闢戶謂之乾也說文闢開也從門辟聲下慣頑反前第三十五卷彌勒下生成佛經已釋）。

Opening the heavy barrier gates (闢重關: the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 脾 + 壁 [pì]; the *Zhouyi* says: "Opening the doors is called Qian"; the *Shuowen jiezi* says *pi* (闢) means to open, with the semantic radical 門 [gate] and phonetic 辟 [bì]; the third character is pronounced with the fanqie 慣 + 頑 [guān]; already explained previously in Fascicle 35 under the *Sūtra on Maitreya's Descent to Become a Buddha*).
