捨㧖 (fanqie 烏 + 革; Bao Xian's commentary on the Analects states: "A crossbar used to bind and restrain (㧖) is this." The Shuowen jiezi states: "Derived from 手 with 戹 as phonetic; its orthodox form is written as 㧖." The sūtra text writes 扼, which is a vulgar character).
