蠲除（上决緣反考聲云蠲潔也方言云疾愈謂之蠲郭注方言云除也說文從益蜀聲也）。

蠲除 ('remove and eliminate': the upper character has the fanqie 决緣 [juān]. The Kaosheng says: 'Juan means clean.' The Fangyan says: 'Recovery from illness is called juan.' Guo [Pu's] commentary on the Fangyan says: 'It means to eliminate.' The Shuowen says: 'Derived from 益 with 蜀 as phonetic').
