懱於（上眠瞥反鄭箋詩云懱猶輕也方言懱猶小也說文謂輕易也從心蔑聲）。

懱於 ('disdain / slight': the upper character has the fanqie 眠瞥 [miè]. Zheng [Xuan's] Jian on the Shi says: 'Mie means to belittle.' The Fangyan says: 'Mie means small.' The Shuowen says: 'It means to treat lightly.' Derived from 心 [heart] with 蔑 as phonetic).
