澡漱（上遭老反鄭注禮記云澡潔身也蒼頡篇澡盥也說文從水喿聲下所溜反禮記云鷄初鳴咸盥漱說文漱盪口也從欠涑聲涑音叟侯反）。

澡漱 ('wash and rinse': the upper character has the fanqie 遭老 [zǎo]. Zheng [Xuan's] commentary on the Liji says: 'Zao means cleansing the body.' The Cang Jie pian says: 'Zao means to wash the hands.' The Shuowen says: 'Derived from 水 [water] with 喿 as phonetic.' The lower character has the fanqie 所溜 [shù]. The Liji says: 'When the cock first crows, all wash and rinse.' The Shuowen says: 'Shu means to rinse the mouth; derived from 欠 [yawn] with 涑 as phonetic.' 涑 is pronounced 叟侯 [sòu]).
