Banish someone (擯人: bì + lìn [bìn]. Fully explained earlier in the Sūtra on the Ultimate Extinction of the Dharma. The sūtra writes it with radical rén 亻 as 儐; bīn means to assist, which contradicts the sūtra's meaning).
