能擗（補革反說文擗撝也撝裂也廣雅擗分也論文作躃補赤反躃跛也又作𤢣匹尺反僻邪也二形並非此用也）。

Able to tear apart (能擗: bǔ + gé fanqie. The Shuowen says: '擗 means to tear'; to tear apart. The Guangya says: '擗 means to divide.' The treatise's text writes 躃, bǔ + chì fanqie; 躃 means lame. It is also written as 𤢣, pǐ + chì fanqie; meaning wicked and crooked. Neither character form is suitable for this usage).
