盪滌（古文[浼-儿+(焉-正)]同徒朗反下徒歷反盪滌謂洒器也尚書九川滌源孔安國曰滌除也）。

Dangdi 盪滌 (the ancient script has [浼-儿+(焉-正)], identical, [pronounced with the] fanqie 徒朗 [tú + lǎng/*dɑŋ/dàng]; the latter character has the fanqie 徒歷 [tú + lì/*diek/dí]. Dangdi 盪滌 refers to washing vessels. The Shangshu says: 'The nine rivers cleansed (di 滌) their sources.' Kong Anguo says: 'Di 滌 means to remove [filth]').
