揵椎（打木也梵言健椎此無正翻案舊譯經本多作健遲此亦梵言訛轉耳）。

Gaṇḍī [揵椎] (a struck piece of wood. In Sanskrit it is *ghaṇṭā* [健椎]; there is no exact Chinese translation. In our note, older translations of scripture mostly wrote it as 健遲; this too is merely a corrupt sound change from the Sanskrit).
