煩冤（於袁反或作惌亦同廣雅冤枉也考聲云冤屈也冤苦也經文作怨非也）。

煩冤 (fanqie: 於袁反 [yuān]; also written as 惌, which is the same. The Guangya says: "冤 means injustice." The Kaosheng says: "冤 means grievance; bitterness of injustice." In the sūtra text it is written as 怨, which is incorrect).
