憺怕（上徒濫反下音魄韻英云憺怕安靜也經文云憺怕路者閑靜處也竝從心詹音占自皆聲也）。
Tranquil and calm (憺怕): The first character is read with the fanqie 徒 + 濫. The second character is pronounced like 魄. The Yunying says: '憺怕 means quiet and calm.'
