局理 'Narrow principle' (The first character is fanqie 蛬 + 玉. The Erya states: '𡱈 is that by which things are sectioned.' The Shijing commentary states: 'Bent.' The Guangya states: 'Confined, near.' The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Narrow, constricted; derived from 口 placed under 尺. Constriction that cannot be accommodated is its gloss.').
