倨傲（上居御反杜注左傳倨亦傲也鄭注禮記云不敬也說文不遜也從人居聲經從足作踞誤也下敷誥反考聲憍倨也尚書慢也博雅蕩也說文亦作𢾕經作𢾕俗字也）。

倨傲 'Haughty and arrogant' (The first character is fanqie 居 + 御. Du's commentary on the Zuozhuan states: '倨 also means arrogant.' Zheng's commentary on the Liji states: 'Disrespectful.' The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Insolent; derived from 人 "person" with 居 phonetic.' The scripture writes it with 足 as 踞, which is an error. The second character is fanqie 敷 + 誥. The Kaosheng states: 'Proud and haughty.' The Shangshu states: 'Disdainful.' The Boya states: 'Reckless.' The Shuowen jiezi also writes it as 𢾕; the scripture's use of 𢾕 is a vulgar character form.).
