籌量（紂流反鄭注儀禮云籌筭也史記云借箸為大王籌之運籌帷幄之中是也說文從竹壽聲）。

"To deliberate and measure" (Fanqie: 紂 + 流 [chóu]. Zheng's commentary on the Yili says: '籌 means to calculate.' The Shiji says: 'Borrowing chopsticks to plan for the Great King' and 'devising strategies within the tent of command'; this is it. The Shuowen jiezi states that it derives from the bamboo radical with 壽 as phonetic).
