三慚（雜甘反尚書云惟有慚德說文慚愧也從心從斬省聲論作漸音蠶感反與義不同）。

"Three shames" (Fanqie: 雜 + 甘 [cán]. The Shangshu says: 'Only having shameful virtue.' The Shuowen jiezi says: '慚 means ashamed.' It derives from the mind radical with an abbreviated 斬 as phonetic. The treatise writes it as 漸, pronounced with the fanqie: 蠶 + 感 [cǎn], which does not accord with the meaning).
