流漫（滿伴反王逸注楚辭云漫漫長也顧野王云漫漫遠皃也郭注方言云謂水潦浩漫也古今正字云從水曼聲論作漫俗字也）。

Spreading wide (流漫; [the second character] is pronounced with the fanqie 滿 + 伴 [màn]. Wang Yi's commentary on the Chuci says: "'漫漫' means long and unending." Gu Yewang says: "'漫漫' is the appearance of being vast and distant." Guo [Pu's] commentary on the Fangyan says: "Referring to overflowing surface water that spreads vastly." The Gujin zhengzi says: "Formed with the water semantic and 曼 as phonetic." In the treatise, it is written 漫, which is a vulgar character).
