躊躇（上紂流反下直閭反博雅云躊躇猶豫心未定也古今正字並從足壽著皆聲）。

Hesitating (躊躇; the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 紂 + 流 [zhóu]; the second character is pronounced with the fanqie 直 + 閭 [chú]. The Boya says: "'躊躇' means vacillating, with the mind undecided." The Gujin zhengzi writes both with the foot semantic, and 壽 and 著 as phonetics respectively).
