桁械（胡郎反通俗文拘罪者足曰桁械胡戒反械亦桁類也經文作核非也）。

Stocks and fetters (桁械: pronounced with the fanqie hu + lang [háng]. The *Tongsu wen* says: "The device that restrains a criminal's feet is called 桁." 械 is pronounced with the fanqie hu + jie [xiè]; 械 is also of the class of stocks. Sūtra texts write it as 核, which is incorrect).
